Finding Your Clarity

Duration: 1hr or 1.5hrs
Location: In-Person or Online

Individual counselling is about being in a supportive space, a space where your true, authentic voice can be heard. This time can be about working through challenges whether past or present, dealing with change or even a general desire to understand more about yourself and the way you process. The more that you are able to be present, to be safe and supported the deeper the healing and transformation.

Beginning the journey to the deeper discovery of “Self” can be challenging. You may find yourself asking the questions;

Where do I begin?
Who am I?
Will I ever feel whole again?

These are questions that most of us have asked of ourselves at one point in our lives and with guidance and a different perspective with a deep seated understanding of coping strategies, of how our own history plays a part in who we are now and of new skills to aid in the process of understanding the traumas, the success and all the spaces in between.
