Life Long Learners

A Space for ‘Seekers’

Throughout my life I have been able to learn from some incredible people, seminars, movies and books and I wanted to start creating a space for other “seekers”. I remember being told “the best self-help books to find are the ones on the discount racks.” Over the years that has become the first place I have checked and very few times it has led me wrong.

Why did I check there? Because I was searching for information but not really knowing what I was looking for. That reason is the inspiration (as well as direct requests) to create this page. A one-stop location for resources on many different topics all with the goal of giving the opening to learning to all my clients.

How To Talk So Kids Will Listen

Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish

I remember when I read this book and felt like someone had thrown me a life preserver after floating in a very cold, lonely and sometimes angry ocean. For me, the information in this book changed the relationship and understanding with my own children. I recommend this for any parent, guardian, co-parent or someone who works with pre-teen children.
